Child’s Path mission is to provide an individualized therapeutic program for children with unique learning needs that help them on their journey to becoming independent, life-long learners.

Our vision is to create a model for alternative learning programs that incorporate behavioral support, parent education, and inclusive peer modeling.

They have a combined 40 years of experience working with Children with disabilities; primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder in school, hospital and a variety of other settings.

Victoria

Clinical Operations Director, Bi-lingual, M.S., BCBA since 2018, Child's Path Rockstar since 2016!

M.S. in Human Development & Early Childhood Disorders. Autism first impacted her life when she was in elementary school and has been involved in the community ever since. She has worked with children on the autism spectrum in various capacities since 2009 & in the field of ABA since 2016.

Audrey

Clinical Development Director, M.S., BCBA since 2018, Child's Path Rockstar since 2014!

B.S. Biology from Baylor University; M.S. Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis
She learned about ABA through her mother, who was studying to become a BCBA while she was in high school. She worked briefly in ABA the summer before attending college. After receiving her Bachelor’s, she immediately sought another position working with children with ASD and has been doing so ever since!

Jill

Clinical Manager, M.S.Ed., BCBA since 2020, Child's Path Rockstar since 2019!

M.S.Ed. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in ABA.
She earned a teaching certificate in secondary education (grades 9-12) in her undergrad program at Baylor University. While training in public schools, she collaborated with special education teachers and students, and was moved by the work and passion involved in the field. When she first learned about ABA in 2017, she never turned back! She has been a BCBA since February 2020 and has loved being part of a team that cares so deeply for clients’ success!

Tereza

Administrative Operations Manager, RBT since 2017, Child's Path Rockstar since 2018!

Tereza graduated from high school in 2013, after high school she was interested in the medical field and went to school for medical assisting. She began working with special needs children in 2016 as a preschool teacher. After a few months of teaching she was introduced to ABA as one of her students required ABA services; and shortly after began her career in ABA. The progress her student made while in ABA inspired her to continue to help other children and their family’s have a better quality of life.

Morgan

Employee Service Manager, Child's Path Rockstar since 2015!

Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M at Commerce
Morgan is enrolled in a master’s program at Ball State University pursuing her master’s in ABA with an emphasis in autism. One of her first clients struggled to communicate or use his words appropriately and would lash out negatively. When he learned it was possible to communicate with gestures and began sign language he was able to ask preferred activities, which decreased his aggression and spontaneous requests increased. The sense of accomplishment she saw in his eyes fueled her to continue to help and work with children with special needs.

Jennifer

Front Office Receptionist, Certified Special Education Teacher for many years, Child's Path Rockstar since 2018!

BS in Business Administration and also has Teaching Certificates in Elementary Education, Secondary Reading, and Special Education. While working as a public school teacher, she was always interested in learning more about autism. She feels so blessed to have the opportunity to work for a place where the staff is so caring and dedicated to working with children with autism.

Courtney

Clinical Trainer and Bachelor's Level, RBT, Child's Path Rockstar since 2019!

Courtney graduated from UNT with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and has 3.5 years of experience working with children both typically developing and on the spectrum. Her experience is primarily with early intervention services, but she's passionate about gaining experience with individuals of all ages. She has grown into a leadership position at Child's Path as our Clinical Trainer and is one of our most experienced and consistent therapists!

Lindsay

Operations Coordinator and Bachelor's Level RBT, CP Rockstar since 2019!

Working with children on the autism spectrum has been one of the most rewarding experiences for her. She has been working with children on the autism spectrum for over a year and is passionate about their progress. Lindsay has grown into our leadership team coordinating the daily schedule for our many staff and client members on top of being one of our most experienced and consistent therapists!

Combining my love for working with children and my passion for art, I have worked over two years providing ABA treatment in-home and in center settings. I am currently working towards my Bachelors degree at University of Texas at Dallas, combining many interests including pre-med, speech pathology and audiology in addition to neuroscience. My hope is to continue to grow and learn in areas where I can further the skills of children with an autism diagnosis.
